SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Hardware: 286 or 386 PC with at least 1 megabyte of RAM.
          VGA or better recommended but not required.
          Mouse or other pointing device.

Software: Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher.

Disk vendors or other software librarians and distributors who wish to
distribute this software (on any type of media or through any medium)
to others in return for money or other consideration must have the
the permission of the copyright holder prior to beginning such
